What is your returns policy

We understand that purchasing online doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why we’re committed to offering as much support as possible, including free virtual call fir checks with our team to help ensure your carrier is worn correctly.
Change of mind returns
At Mothereze, we take great pride in the quality and accuracy of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 28 days of your order, excluding shipping costs.
Faulty items returns
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, provided the item is returned within our 6 months warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Terms and conditions
An online return request must be submitted within 28 days of delivery. The carrier must have been purchased directly from www.mothereze.com and you must be the original purchaser. You’ll need to provide your order number and purchase email.
If the item was received as a gift, the original purchaser must submit the return request. All items must be returned via post with tracking provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be dispatched?

We ship every week day, if you complete your purchase on a Friday after 10am your order will be dispatched the following business day- Monday. Mothereze will not ship on public holidays, your order willl be dispatched the next working day. During sale periods please allow 48hrs on top of our standard dispatched time due to increased order volume.
Is there a free shipping option?

Alll orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. Alternatively, all order under this amount willl incur a flat rate shipping cost of £5.95.
Does Mothereze products have a warranty period?

All Mothereze carriers come with a 6 month warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product is defected or damaged
